If you're having trouble logging into your account, or Quimbee's not recognizing your email address, the reason is usually because there's a typo in your password.

Please first try resetting your password (instructions on how to do this can be found here).

If you don't receive the email to reset your password, and it's been more than a few hours (it may take a little while for you to receive the email), it's possible your email address was entered incorrectly. If so, we'll need to update your account for you, so please send us a message to let us know.
