However, we want to make sure you're happy, and we're willing to evaluate your feedback to figure out if a refund is warranted.

To request a refund, please get in touch and provide us with as many details as possible as to why you believe the outline wasn't helpful. For example, was there a substantive inaccuracy? Omission of a key topic? Typos and grammatical errors? Something else?
