Here are some common questions and answers related to how billing works. 

When is my payment due?

All of our plans are prepaid, and full payment is due on subscriptions before each new pay period begins.

Here are two examples for a free trial of the Bronze plan ending on January 20:

  • If you choose to pay monthly, your $15 payment will be due on the 20th of each month until you cancel.
  • If you choose to pay annually, your $120 payment will be due on January 20 of every year until you cancel.

Will my plan automatically renew?

Yes, our month-to-month and annual plans both automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel your account before the next payment date.

Our system works a bit differently from others in that it calculates the renewal time based on the exact time of day that you signed up rather than the renewal expiring at midnight. 

If you're on an annual plan, you will receive an email reminder a few days before your plan is set to renew. (You won't receive a reminder email if you're a monthly subscriber.)

How do I cancel?

You can cancel your account any time from your Settings page or you can email us. Once you cancel, the system will schedule your account to cancel at the end of your current billing cycle. You will still have access to our content until the end of your billing cycle.
