Occasionally, users have reported receiving blank search results pages when searching for something that is available on Quimbee. (Please note: a blank search results page is one with a blank screen under the search bar. If your search simply yielded no matching content or pages, you'll see the message "We didn't find any results for the search . . . ")

Please make sure that you have the newest version of your web browser and/or our app. You should also try disabling any ad blocker you may have and enabling JavaScript.

Quimbee's platform requires JavaScript to be enabled. Please check your browser's settings to ensure that JavaScript is not disabled. 

How to make sure JavaScript is enabled:

In Chrome:

  1. Choose "Settings" from the three-dot menu.
  2. Use the hamburger menu from the top left to choose "Advanced Settings."
  3. Choose "Privacy and Security."
  4. Choose "Site Settings."
  5. Make sure the JavaScript indicator is turned to "Allowed."

In Safari:

  1. Click the "Safari" menu.
  2. Choose "Preferences."
  3. Click on the "Security" tab.
  4. Click the "Enable JavaScript" checkbox to enable or disable JavaScript.

In Firefox:

  1. Click the "Tools" drop-down menu and select "Options."
  2. Check the boxes next to "Block pop-up windows," "Load images automatically," and "Enable JavaScript."
  3. Refresh your browser by right-clicking anywhere on the page and selecting "Reload" or by using the "Reload" button in the toolbar.

Lastly, many users report having better results with different browsers and devices.
