We're currently unable to split the payment between different payment methods. 

There can only be one payment method on our group accounts. Only the person who creates the group account, the plan manager, can enter or change the payment method on the Settings page. 

If you want to split the cost of the group subscription with your group members, we recommend that you use a service like Venmo.
