Do we still have to study constitutional law content that recently became obsolete? Will the new SCOTUS decisions be tested on the upcoming bar exam?

The NCBE issued the following statement: "Examinees taking the NCBE-developed July 2022 MBE, MPT, and MEE will not be required to be familiar with this term's U.S. Supreme Court decisions."

So examinees sitting for the July 2022 exam will not be expected to be familiar with the most recent decisions.
