No worries! You're likely seeing a pending authorization from your credit-card company or bank that will fall off in a few days. (If you're seeing a $1 charge, please read this.)

If we've attempted to charge your payment method, but the payment failed, you may see a pending charge for the amount of your payment. These charges are often labeled pending, which can be confusing. Normally, the charge is temporary, and it should fall off in 1 to 2 business days. Occasionally, failed payments will eventually succeed after initial attempts.

If you're worried, please contact your bank or credit-card issuer directly. You can also get in touch with us, but for security purposes, we only have limited access to your payment information.
