If you don't pass the bar exam on the first try after taking Quimbee Bar Review, we don't think we should get to keep your money.

Here's how it works: You’ll receive a survey email approximately 15 weeks after your bar exam, asking you to report whether you passed or failed. If you report that you failed, you’ll be given the opportunity to apply for a refund and upload documentation of your result. The document can be a copy of your official notification email from your state bar or simply a scan or photo if you received a physical letter.

If you’re applying for a refund, you will have 30 days to respond to the survey email and upload your document.

If you provide us with documentation that you didn’t pass the bar exam in any Uniform Bar Examination (UBE) jurisdiction, and you completed at least 75% of assigned Quimbee Bar Review tasks, then we'll refund 100% of your purchase price back to your original payment method. You'll still get to retake our bar review course for free.
