When does my free trial expire?

Our standard free trial expires seven days from the exact time you signed up (rather than expiring at midnight on the seventh day). Your Settings page will show you this time.


As an example, if you sign up on October 10th at 3:51 PM EST, your trial will expire seven days later on October 17th at 3:51 PM EST.

Your study aid plan will automatically activate, and you will be charged at the end of your free trial.

If you want to cancel your plan, you may cancel on your Settings page at any time before your trial expires or by contacting our customer happiness team at support@quimbee.com. You'll continue to have Quimbee access through the end of your trial, and the system will schedule your account to automatically cancel when your trial expires.

Please note that our Terms only allow users to take advantage of one free trial and one account so our system may end additional trials early for users who have already completed a free trial.
