My videos won't play. How can I fix this?
Quick updates to your browser's settings will help with this issue.
Many updated browsers include features to prevent tracking. Unfortunately, this can interfere with video players.
If you are receiving a message that your video cannot be played, please try the following browser-specific actions.
For Firefox:
You may disable "Enhanced Tracking Protection" by clicking the shield icon to the left of the address bar and then clicking that option.
For Safari:
Toggle off "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" and "Advanced Tracking and Fingerprinting Protection" in the Privacy settings for macOS or iOS.
On Mac, navigate to Safari > Settings > Privacy. On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced.
For Edge:
Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Tracking prevention and toggle the setting to Off, or select the Basic option for minimal protection.
For Chrome:
- Open Chrome and click the three-dot menu
- Select Settings.
- Click on Privacy and security in the left sidebar.
- Click on Security.
- Change the setting from "Enhanced protection" to Standard protection (recommended) or No protection (not recommended).
