À la carte products like our Quimbee Outlines are nonrefundable, as stated in the "À la carte products" section of our Terms.
However, we want to make sure you're happy, so we're willing to evaluate your feedback to figure out if a refund is warranted.
To request a refund, please get in touch with us at support@quimbee.com and provide us with as many details as possible as to why you believe the outline wasn't helpful. For example, was there a substantive inaccuracy? Omission of a key topic? Typos and grammatical errors? Something else?
Please also include details about where we can find the issue, such as the page and section numbers. Thank you!
