A diagnostic exam is meant to give you a snapshot of how you're doing at the time you take the test. Once you've seen the questions, the diagnostic power of the exam is lost. This means a retake would be much, much less accurate.
However, if you would like to reset your MPRE diagnostic exam score for any reason (for example, if you accidentally submitted the exam before finishing the questions) you may click the "Retake exam" button on the Diagnostics tab (as shown below).
You may then click on a question to review the answer explanation (as shown below).
