To claim a course certificate, you must complete the course survey. After you complete the required survey, you should be able to claim the course certificate.
You may return to the course page and click the "Claim course certificate" button to be returned to the survey page (as shown below).
Please note that the free trial only allows you to claim credit for one course. A paid subscription is required to claim credits for additional courses.
