Is there a limit on the number of devices I can access my account from?

Yes, to safeguard the security of your account, Quimbee limits the number of devices that may access your information. You may access your Quimbee account from up to two devices and/or web browser sessions (such as a laptop and a tablet, a desktop and a laptop, or two different web browser sessions). 

Should you attempt to access your account from a third device or web browser session, we'll ask you to verify your identity. In that case, you'll be prompted to enter a cellphone number. We'll then send you a validation code via SMS. When you enter the code on Quimbee.com, you'll be prompted to deauthorize one of your previously used devices/web browser sessions. 

We'll save the cellphone number to your account to save you time if you ever need to change devices in the future. If you need to update your cellphone number, please contact us at support@quimbee.com.
