My payment failed. Why do I have a pending charge on my statement?

pending charge, payment failed, payment failure

No worries! You're likely seeing a pending authorization from your credit card company or bank that will fall off in a few days.

If we've attempted to charge your payment method, but the payment failed, you may see a pending charge for the amount of your payment. These charges are often labeled pending, which can be confusing. Normally, the charge is temporary, and it should fall off in one to two business days. Occasionally, failed payments will eventually succeed after initial attempts.

If you're worried, please contact your bank or credit card issuer directly. You can also email us at support@quimbee.com, but, for security purposes, we only have limited access to your payment information.
