My payment failed. Why do I have a pending charge on my statement?

pending charge, payment failed, payment failure

No worries! You're likely seeing a pending authorization from your credit card company or bank that will fall off in a few days.

If we've attempted to charge your payment method, but the payment failed, you may see a pending charge for the amount of your payment. These charges are often labeled as pending, which can be confusing. Normally, the charge is temporary and should fall off in one to two business days.

If you're worried, please contact your financial institution directly. You may also email us at support@quimbee.com, but, for security purposes, we only have limited access to your payment information.
