Why does this Quimbee case brief not include the consenting and dissenting opinions?

case briefs, study aids, case brief, law student case briefs, law school case briefs

Our case briefs are meant to be a supplemental study aid to help you understand your casebook readings faster.

The briefs typically include the condensed essentials of the case (like the black letter law, the identification of the parties, the operative facts, the dispositive legal issue, and an explanation of the holding and reasoning). We may sometimes omit the consenting or dissenting opinions.

However, our case brief videos are meant to be more comprehensive, so they may contain much more information.

Please contact us at support@quimbee.com if you have any questions.
