How does Quimbee billing work?

Here are some common questions and answers related to how billing works. 

What are the billing periods for your plans?

All of our subscription plans begin with a free 7-day trial.

After the first payment has been collected, our monthly plans automatically renew every 30 days until you cancel.

After the first payment has been collected, our yearly plans automatically renew every calendar year until you cancel.

When is my payment due?

All of our plans are prepaid, and full payment is due on subscriptions before each new pay period begins.

Here are two examples for a free 7-day trial of the Bronze Plan ending on January 20:

  • If you choose to pay monthly, your $19 payment will be due (and automatically collected) on the 20th of every month until you cancel.

  • If you choose to pay annually, your $163 payment will be due (and automatically collected) on January 20 of every calendar year until you cancel.

Will my plan automatically renew?

Yes, our monthly and yearly plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel your account before the next renewal date.

Our payment processor's system works a bit differently from others in that it calculates the renewal time based on the exact time of day that you signed up rather than the renewal expiring at midnight. 

How do I cancel?

You may cancel your account at any time on your Settings page or you may email us at support@quimbee.com. Once you cancel, the system will schedule your account to cancel at the end of your current billing period. You will still have access to our content until the end of your billing period.

Can I pause my subscription?

No, but you may cancel and reactivate your subscription as needed on your Settings page.
