If you're having trouble logging into your Quimbee account, a password error is usually to blame.
Please first try resetting your password (instructions on how to do this can be found here).
If you don't receive the email to reset your password, and it's been more than a few hours (it may take a little while for you to receive the email), it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly when you signed up. If so, we'll need to update your account for you, so please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know.
