I'd like to change my plan. How do I upgrade or downgrade, or change how often I pay?

If you're currently a Quimbee subscriber, you may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time from your Settings page on our website (as shown below). You may also change your subscription period (e.g., monthly or annually).

If you upgrade, your prorated balance due will be shown at checkout. If you downgrade, a prorated credit will be applied to your account (a refund will not be automatically issued).

I don't see the option to change my plan. What now?

This could be because you've canceled your account, but it's still active through the end of your current billing or trial period. Simply click "Uncancel Subscription" and wait a moment. Then, you'll be able to change your plan as shown above.
